I am proud to bring a blend of education, training, and experience to my practice in facial aesthetics. Here are the key qualifications that support my expertise:

1. Registered Nurse (RN): I hold a valid nursing pin, having completed a rigorous nursing program that equips me with a strong foundation in medical care and patient safety.

2. Advanced Aesthetic Training: I have undergone specialized training in aesthetic procedures, including certifications in injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers from accredited institutions. This ensures I am well-versed in the latest techniques and safety protocols.

3. Continuing Education: I am committed to lifelong learning and regularly participate in workshops, seminars, and courses to stay updated on the latest advancements in facial aesthetics and skincare. I am about to embark on the Masters degree in Facial Aesthetics and Clinical practice in conjunction with the university of south wales - further solidifying my knowledge , skills and preparing for the welcomed legislation coming into the UK , where all aesthetics practitioners have to be regulated to this level of education and experience, to keep you all safe . 

4. Clinical Experience: With 12 years of hands-on experience in the field, I have had the privilege of working with diverse clients, enabling me to tailor treatments to meet individual needs effectively.

5. Memberships and Affiliations: I am an active member of professional organizations such as the Nursing midwifery council , &   

British Association of Medical Aesthetic Nurses. My qualifications ensure that you receive safe, effective, and personalised care in your aesthetic journey. If you have any further questions about my qualifications or the services offered, feel free to reach out!

2. Education and Transparency: I provide detailed information about the procedure, including what to expect and how I can minimise any discomfort. Understanding the process can often help alleviate anxiety.

3. Pain Management Options: I offer a range of comfort measures, including topical numbing creams and ice packs, to reduce any discomfort you might feel during the treatment.

4. Relaxation Techniques: I encourage deep breathing exercises during the procedure to help you relax.  I will guide you through these techniques to create a calming experience.

5. Gradual Approach: If you're particularly nervous, we can start with a less sensitive area or break the treatment into smaller sessions, allowing you to acclimate gradually.

6. Distractions: I can provide distractions, such as calming music , a film or your favourite show or engaging conversations, to help take your mind off the treatment during the procedure.

7. Comfortable Environment: My clinic is designed to be a calming space, with soothing colors and a comfortable couch with a pillow to help set the right mood for your visit.
